All in the surroundings of the flamboyant outdoor atmosphere of Vermilion’s pools, fountains, red carpet entrance and majestic lions. Wine and Dine – Sunday to Wednesday Evenings
Enjoy a luxurious 2 course meal for £12.50 or a 3 course meal for £14.95; both set menus include a complimentary glass of wine. Or enjoy the 3 course menu with unlimited wine for 2 hours for £20 per person. This majestic menu includes dishes such as Grilled Marinated King Prawns, Steamed Salmon and Duck Breast to name a few. The Vermilion Business Express Lunch – Monday to Friday
We appreciate the importance of your lunch breaks; therefore our master chef has specially designed the Vermilion Business Lunch menu. This is a variety of set menus between £5 - £9.99 per person and an ‘Express Lunch A La Carte Menu’ with dishes ranging between £5 - £9. Then why not add a glass of wine to compliment your lunch for only £2. Guaranteed service within 30 minutes. 12.00 - 2.30 p.m. Monday to Friday
Pre Theatre / Early Bird – Every Evening

Champagne & Roses – Thursday Evenings

The Feel Good Menu – Friday Evenings
We are all constantly being told about the importance of leading a healthy life. The Feel Good Menu is here to promote a healthy, free-range, ethnic brands, organic, whole food lifestyle. All our food is nutritionally approved and are free from artificial ingredients and locally sourced.
The menu includes Free range chickens, Grilled Fresh water prawns, acai, organic papaya salad, pomegranate, organic green tea ice cream, complimentary Chegworth Valley juices, organic wine, unlimited Green Tea, Fair-trade products and a selection of various sushi and rolls to name a few...
Priced at £22 per person this exclusive 4 course set menu is served with a complimentary glass of Vinedos De La Posada Organic wine or a choice of Chegworth Valley organic juices. Plus £2 of every set menu sold will go to UNICEF.
