Vermilion & Cinnabar are very pleased to announce our long awaited Valentine’s Day Menus. To celebrate this occasion the Vermilion Master Chef has created a culinary feast of delectable yet romantic set menus, designed to pamper even your most discerning palate, ranging from £44 to £79 for ultimate Valentine’s Evening available from Friday 11th to Monday 14th of February 2011.

Priced at £59 per person includes a glass of Moet & Chandon Rose Champagne and a rose for the lady. Seafood Parcel - Golden fried parcels of salmon fillet, minced prawns and crabmeat, shitake mushrooms and spring onion served with a sweet and sour sauce. Rock Lobster specially imported and stir fried with fresh herbs and gentle spices to create a perfect combination for the taste buds. Seabass Chettinad - Rolled Seabass fillet cooked with onion, coriander, ginger, garlic and mint flavored with Indian spices. Pa-Neang Kai - Authentic Thai red curry of chicken supreme cooked in coconut milk and sweet basil leaves

Caviar Heart Kisses - Rare and delicate Sevruga Caviar served with toast, sour cream and cucumbers. Rock Lobster - with well balanced fresh herbs and fine spices served with rice pasta, black truffle sauce and freshly prepared sweet basil oil. Vermilion’s Festive Season

Christmas and New Year is always a special time at Vermilion & Cinnabar. After dinner, join the party till the 3am at renowned exclusive second floor disco / club; Cinnabar. Open from 9pm till 3am. Dinners have complimentary access to the second floor and will experience the ultimate New Year’s Eve Masquerade Party. Dress code is masks and chic to impress. Jack In The Box DJ and Utopia DJs will be manning the decks till 3am, playing the best of funky house and disco. Sankeys Pre - Parties every Saturday @ Cinnabar

Vermilion & Sankeys are working together to recreate the world class party experience of major cities and islands, which we have all come to love. This will take place in Vermilion's second floor bar; Cinnabar and Sankeys Night Club. 

This will include world wide renowned DJs from across the world (Eric Morello, Armand Van Helden, Swedish House Mafia, Deep Dish), luxurious world class design (from designer Miguel Cancio Martins of Pacha), elite clientelle, extensive wine, cocktail, spirits and campagne, fine dining food and service.
