The long waited Valentine's Evening in Vermilion & Cinnabar finally came on Sunday 14th February. On the evening, the most eye-catching Ruby Room Experience (costing £450.00 a table), was luxuriously decorated and romantically surrounded by roses, champagne, candles, private singer, was a great success.
In Vermilion Restaurant, more than 400 people enjoyed Vermilion Valentine's Menu and the Vermilion Luxury Valentine's Menu, which included Rock Lobster with Black Truffle sauce, Pacific Rock Oysters, Vermilion’s signature Ocean Tiger Prawn, Kheang Ped Yang, Tiramisu, to name a few. The night included various footballers in the Maharaja Room and high profile corporate guests but more importantly our regular customers who made this evening a night to remember. Also not to forget there was plenty of champagne, roses and romantic love songs, which evoked the atmosphere of love and tranquillity across the whole evening in Vermilion & Cinnabar.The Ruby Room Experience
Couples were chauffeured in Limousines, greeted and served by the General Manager, had their own private pianist and singer, presented with roses and indulged in their life-time memorable Valentine's Evening in Vermilion’s exclusive private Ruby Room with our Master Chef's tailor-made Vermilion signature dishes. One of the gentlemen even proposed to his beloved soul mate, while their favourite love song was played by our live musicians. The happy Fiancée even hired the same singers to perform on their wedding.
The Champagne & Roses Night
With the huge success of the Valentine's evening and the regular Thursday Champagne & Roses Night, Vermilion’s Management have decided to include the Live Musicians and Singer on every Thursday evening, which will also include the complimentary welcome Champagne
