Yam Hoy Shell Mankhut A refreshingly exotic Thai salad of spicy poached scallop with mangosteen and roasted chilli served on a bed of mixed cress.

Khoong Kharthiam Fresh water King Prawns, pan fried with pepper and garlic sauce and accompanied with steamed jasmine rice

Nawabi Gosht Biryani A royal delicacy from Hyderabad, India. Succulent dices of fresh Lamb meat slowly cooked with the finest basmati rice in a sealed pot and garnished with boiled eggs, accompanied by vegetable raita.

Murgh Pasanda Back by popular demand, tender pieces of chicken breast marinated in yoghurt and spices, cooked in a clay oven and served in a rich curry with almonds
