The Cheshire Life and Lancashire Life Set Menu


We are pleased to announce Vermilion has yet again teamed with Cheshire Life and Lancashire Life to create a fabulous exclusive menu, available every day.


The 4 course set menu includes a glass of wine to awaken the palate and takes diners on a culinary journey through Asia showcasing the very best of Vermilion's Master Chef's creations and with special seafood dishes from the Indian Ocean.

Starters

Salmon Tikka


Fresh salmon marinated with Indian spices and slowly cooked in clay oven


Malai King Prawn


Grilled to perfection in the clay oven, served with virgin oil and basil leaves


Nue Ping Chaing Mai


Grilled marinated beef sirloin skewers with lemongrass and spices, served with a spicy Jaew sauce


Soup


Chicken and Coconut Soup "Tom Kha Kai"


A rich creamy coconut soup served together with chicken, mushroom, lemongrass galangal and coriander



Main Course

Rock Lobster *


Stir fried with black pepper sauce, perfumed with truffle oil, creating a very unique yet delicate combination


Deshi Lamb Curry


Small pieces of fresh British lamb, slowly cooked in delicate rich Indian spices and fresh herbs


Kang Keiaw Kai **


The most popular Thai dish in the world. Chicken green curry, served together with eggplants, bamboo shoots and sweet basil leaves


Pla Nung Manow **


Sea Bass fillet steamed in a hot pot with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, topped with freshly chopped garlic and chilli


fresh lime dressing. Light and refreshing


Bhindi Bhaji**V


Fresh okra chopped and cooked with fresh onions, garlic, ginger and tomatoes. highly recommended

Double Chocolate Cheesecake


A rich chocolate and creamy cheesecake, rested on a biscuit base topped with a chocolate glaze
