Vermilion Restaurant proudly presents the Cloudy Bay Tasting Set Menu in association with Cloudy Bay. Available every Wednesday and priced at £45 per person the evening starts at 7pm with an introduction to the Cloudy Bay winery and sampling of its range of white, red and sparkling wines by Vermilion’s Wine Sommelier followed by a sumptuous set menu - each course accompanied by a classic wine.
Appetizer
Served with a glass of Pelorus Sparkling(mix of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir)
Vermilion's Welcome: Salmon Avocado Rolls with Crab Stick, Mayonnaise and Sesame seeds
Starters
Served with a glass of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc
The Gulf: Grilled Marinated Diced Cod, Sea bass and Salmon in Lemongrass and Coriander served with a vegetable sauce flavored with saffron.
Main Course
Served with a glass of Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir
Ped Nam Makham
Grilled marinated Barbary duck breast, served with Eggs and Vegetables Fried Rice green vegetables, topped with sweet tamarindsauce dried chili and crispy shallot

Deshi Lamb Curry **
Small pieces of fresh British lamb slowly cooked in delicated rich spicy and fresh herbs served with nan bread
