Sankeys Pre - Parties every Saturday @ Cinnabar

Vermilion & Sankeys are working together to recreate the world class party experience of major cities and islands, which we have all come to love. This will take place in Vermilion's second floor bar; Cinnabar and Sankeys Night Club. 

This will include world wide renowned DJs from across the world (Eric Morello, Armand Van Helden, Swedish House Mafia, Deep Dish), luxurious world class design (from designer Miguel Cancio Martins of Pacha), elite clientelle, extensive wine, cocktail, spirits and campagne, fine dining food and service.

The night will start with the pre-party on the second floor luxury cocktail bar; Cinnabar every Saturday from 9pm - 2am. Then party the night away at Sankeys nightclub (5 min away from Vermilion). Note: the pre-party at Cinnabar is not a ticket event and we will govern the most strict door policy in Manchester; therefore please dress to impress.

Or if you are dining in Vermilion's Restaurant; you will be welcomed to the pre-party Cinnabar and reduced price for Sankey's admission.

Vermilion Restaurant welcomes you to sample an array of special dishes created by our Master Chef for this month’s Special Menu. In addition to our increasingly popular a la carte menu and set menus you can now choose from a variety of special dishes which will feature in our monthly specials.

This month’s chef’s specials will include the below lavish delectable dishes including the now very popular Murgh Pasanda, which will appear in our A La Carte from June.

We are also very excited to announce the menu will include the best luxury sorbet in the world. Ice-cream / sorbet lovers will know the Parisian only brand as Berthillon.

Berthillon is a French manufacturer and retailer of luxury ice cream and sorbet, with its primary store on the Île Saint-Louis in Paris, France.
