New dishes added to the a La carte.

After months of preparations, tasting sessions and experimentations, we are pleased to announce the following delectable dishes have been approved and added to our a la carte menu.

Goan Prawn Curry

Reminiscent of honeymoon days, traditional Goan dish, which includes large prawns braised in a fragrant spiced coconut curry and tamarind.

Malai Kofta
A north Indian speciality. A delicious vegetarian dish of Moghlai origin with a distinct aroma and taste of ground and whole spices. Soft raisin stuffed cottage cheese dumplings in a rich creamy tomato gravy.


Pla Yang Hor Bai Tong
A beautifully presented grilled whole seabass wrapped in banana leaf with garlic, chili and Thai basil sauce.

Maseledaar Dhaba Murgh
A truly Punjabi favourite, home style chicken cooked with hot spices and fresh green chillies and lots of fresh coriander.

Karahi Gosht
A full flavored rich curry which is totally authentic and aromatic, nicely spiced with green chilies. Diced lamb cooked deep pan style with cubed onions, peppers, tomatoes and medium strength Punjabi spices.

The Vermilion Fish Akbari
Freshwater Tilapia marinated in finely ground Indian spices as well as fresh curry leaves, cardamoms, green chillies and fenugreek leaves. Deep fried and topped with a medium spicy masala sauce.
