The Cheshire Life and Lancashire Life Set Menu

We are pleased to announce Vermilion has yet again teamed with Cheshire Life and Lancashire Life to create a fabulous exclusive menu, available every day.

The 4 course set menu includes a glass of wine to awaken the palate and takes diners on a culinary journey through Asia showcasing the very best of Vermilion's Master Chef's creations and with special seafood dishes from the Indian Ocean.

Salmon Tikka

Fresh salmon marinated with Indian spices and slowly cooked in clay oven

Malai King Prawn

Grilled to perfection in the clay oven, served with virgin oil and basil leaves

Nue Ping Chaing Mai

Grilled marinated beef sirloin skewers with lemongrass and spices, served with a spicy Jaew sauce


Chicken and Coconut Soup "Tom Kha Kai"

A rich creamy coconut soup served together with chicken, mushroom, lemongrass galangal and coriander

Sea Bass fillet steamed in a hot pot with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, topped with freshly chopped garlic and chilli

Spoil your Dad at Vermilion by treating him with our exclusive Father’s Day Set Menu.

Each guest will be treated with a glass of complimentary Moet & Chandon Champagne on arrival and served a special 3 course menu created by our Master Chef.

This will be available from 6pm – 10pm and every Dad will receive an exclusive gift sponsored by Molten Brown.

After Dinner the second floor Cocktail Bar will be open till 1am.
