The Vermilion Feel Good Menu


We are all constantly being told of the importance of leading a healthy life. The food we eat plays a huge part in our overall well being as it not only gives us the energy to get through those busy days it also forms a huge part of our social lives. The Feel Good Menu is here to promote healthy, free-range, ethical brands, organic and whole food lifestyle. All our food is nutritionally approved and is free from artificial ingredients and locally sourced. Plus £2 of every set menu sold will go to UNICEF. Above all else, we have made sure the menu is delicious and of the Vermilion standard.

The Vermilion Feel Good Set Menu is priced at £22 per person, with a complimentary glass of Organic wine; Vinedos De La Posada Torrontes or a choice of Chegworth Valley Organic Juice. (Organic Green tea will be served throughout the meal.) The Offer will be available FRIDAYS ONLY.


Starter
"The Vermilion Platter" A healthy combination of fresh salmon and prawn sushi, grilled salmon, prawn and salmon roll with wasabi and sho-yu dip - served to share


Salad
Prawn and Green Papaya Salad with Acai Seamark King Prawns lightly tossed with Acai the super fruit with the most antioxidants, fresh Thai herbs and organic green papaya salad
Main Course
Prawns Lababdar 'Seamark' King Prawns marinated with pomegranate powder and exotic herbs grilled in a traditional clay oven topped with spicy sauce and served with basmati rice cooked in aromatic flavors


OR


Kra-Proaw Gai Free range chicken breast roasted to perfection topped with chili garlic sauce and served with a twin combination of brown and jasmine rice


Dessert
Banana Bonanza Fairtrade banana cake baked on site served with organic green tea ice cream.

Exotic Thai Fruits served with Green & Black’s Organic vanilla ice cream

Master Chef's Chatchai Jangprai's 'May Special's Menu'

Vermilion Restaurant welcomes you to sample an array of special dishes created by our Master Chef for this month’s Special Menu. In addition to our increasingly popular a la carte menu and set menus you can now choose from a variety of special dishes which will feature in our monthly specials.

This month’s chef’s specials will include the below lavish delectable dishes including the now very popular Murgh Pasanda, which will appear in our A La Carte from June.



We are also very excited to announce the menu will include the best luxury sorbet in the world. Ice-cream / sorbet lovers will know the Parisian only brand as Berthillon.
Berthillon is a French manufacturer and retailer of luxury ice cream and sorbet, with its primary store on the Île Saint-Louis in Paris, France.



Vermilion Restaurant May Specials:


Prawns Hawaiian £9.50
Grilled Fresh Water Prawns tossed with Thai red curry flavoured mayonnaise and fresh pineapple accompanied with a Seasonal Green Salad.


Pla Prik Gaeng** £14.00
Deep fried Tilapia fish fillet topped with fresh herbs curry served with jasmine rice


Nawabi Gosht Biryani* £12.50
A royal delicacy from Hyderabad, India. Succulent dices of fresh lamb meat slowly cooked with the finest basmati rice in a sealed pot and garnished with boiled eggs, accompanied by vegetable raita.


Murgh Pasanda £12.90
Back by popular demand, tender pieces of chicken breast marinated in yoghurt and spices, cooked in a clay oven and served in a rich curry with almonds


Berthillon Sorbet £7.00
From the world’s most famous ice cream maker. Available in Mango and Strawberry
