Experience a Taste of the Sea at Vermilion
Black cod and Snowfish mingle with the more familiar scallops and rock lobster in Vermilion’s new ‘TASTE OF THE SEA’ evenings. They’re bound to make waves!
Now, every Thursday Vermilion, will serve up two exclusive seafood menus featuring fish and shellfish from around the world. Available from 5pm till 10pm.

The Vermilion Taste of the Sea Menu
Priced at £29 per person, this 4 course set menu includes a glass of Moet Chandon Brut Champagne and features specially created dishes such as Gintara Sam Rod succulent wild sea bass, green and red peppers topped with a tangy sweet chilli sauce, Hoy Nam Prig Praow New Zealand mussels stir fried with fresh Thai herbs, green peppercorn and basil leaves and many more.....
The Taste of the Sea Luxury Menu
Priced at £49 per person this four course dinner is based upon the finest fish, with a range of starters and mains to share, accompanied by a glass of Moet & Chandon Brut Champagne.
Vermilion's Master Chef guarantees diners will never have tasted a more delicious version of the exotic Black Cod (no relation to our own cod), a native of the south Pacific. He marinates it with Thai herbs, slowly grills to perfection and serves it on a bed of papaya and carrot salad with three vegetable sauce, as the centrepiece of The Vermilion 'Taste of the Sea Luxury Menu'.
Both 'Taste of the Sea' Menus feature Vermilion’s special fusion of Thai and Indian cuisine, and the freshest seafood – including oysters, black tiger prawns, mussels, sea bass, and salmon. These are sourced through the global network of parent company, seafood giant Seamark which guarantees not only the most exclusive seafood anywhere in the country but also the best quality.
